Negatives:
Reserved a disability accessible room and got a room on 2nd floor with no elevator. Only 1 staff member around in the morning cofee and waffle batter was empty. No one at desk to get more towels or check out. Staff member was very friendly but could not keep up.

Positives:
The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was good. It's always nice to have a hot breakfast when you're traveling. So many places today just want to give you some cold cereal and a muffin.
Negatives:
They take out a security deposit I wasn't aware of. It was $40 over my room fee. It doesn't seem to bad, but it was a good dinner out with my wife. It took 4 days to get it back. This is a good reason for me not to stay again.
