Room seemed like it had not beencleaned very well. Dirty washcloths in the shower. Dusty, some papers on the floor. No alarm clock radio. Had to ask for coffee etc. Seemed run down. Probably should have just left but wasn't sure we could find somewhere else as we did not know the area and didn't think they would refund us

Staff were mean and dismissive! The room was dated and smelly. I would not recommend this place! I will not stay here again! Tube would not drain because there was someone's hair in there. We had to pull out the hair so we could shower.
