Channels on TV weren't working, air conditioner kept goin' off and on so it was cool then hot... the front desk clerk was never at the front desk... and when coming back to the room late, I couldn't get in, i had to wait on the front desk person to come to the front desk just to open the main doors smh

It seemed a little run down. There is no elevator. Also, I was prompted to fill out check-in information online for faster check in but when we arrived we had to do it all again. I even uploaded a picture of my ID. Which I was a little leery of but thought as long as it makes check in easier I’ll do it. But it made no difference.
