Between Sunday, Jun 22nd, 2025 at midnight and Monday, Jun 23rd, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Jun 23rd, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jun 23, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Guarantee Policy

Positives: This hotel is normally a quite place to stay. I have stayed there multiple times and will go back again.

Negatives: Price could be a little better, as when the weekend rolls around, the rooms go up by 10-25%!!! When a person only stays on the weekend, for travel and business purposes, that 10-25% limits my amount of trips.
