Positives: Great location, quiet on a Friday and Saturday night even with the window open and the room was clean.

Negatives: Front lobby area is small and cramped. We overheard a staff member explaining to someone on the phone the way the dishes are dispersed if needed, but that was never offered to us. It would have been nice to have some in our room or at least offered. I guess since we were only there for 2 nights it was assumed that we wouldn’t need them???

Positives: it was clean and a nice room.

Negatives: I lost almost an hour when they insisted that I hadn’t paid even though I showed them my email from Booking.com stating “You paid...” And showed her my credit card statement with it on there. Ended up having to have Booking.com call them directly to get it straightened out. They also didn’t have the room. type I reserved, but made it ok with alternate arrangements.

Negatives: The room has an odor that is not mold or mildew and is not a lingering food odor. Spraying with Febreeze or something similar would make the room more pleasant. The curtain located over the air conditioner/heat unit billowed every time the unit kicked in, which was mildly annoying- perhaps small weight to the curtain bottom could solve the problem.
