Milwaukee just had a big snow storm and the plowing of the parking lot was a joke. Took forever to find a spot I wouldnt get stuck in. Hallways smelt like weed. Carpet and hallways were very dingy. Hotel is a 3 star at best. Very disappointed in a sherat

The location was convenient and close to the Brookfield Mall so we had easy access to restaurants and shopping! This was one of the best visits weve had in a hotel for a while and we highly recommend it! And we paid a lot less for what we received! guy

The shower did not provide hot enough water. It was warm, but not hot, even when turned to the highest setting. The customer, not the hotel, should decide what water temperature is appropriate.

This hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, had a large 5x mirror for makeup and both a handheld shower head and a regular one. Also, it was spotless!
Negatives:
I would like to have had regular creamer for the coffee. I had to throw out my coffee because the powdered creamer globbed up. Why cut a corner on this when everything else was great? It would also be nice to have a complimentary breakfast.

The room is renovated but still needs alot more care. We paid extra for a room with a sofa, so we rest on it instead of the bed. However, that wasnt what we got. We were already so far from the front desk and the phone was not working so we took the L.
