The breakfast was marginal considering the price and the amazing restaurant on site. There was no staff at the front desk and you had to pick up a phone to find someone. The front door was not secure at night and anyone can just come and go through the building with no employees present.

Parking was a block away. Key card was not programmed properly so no entry on side convenient door....our room key would not open our room 404...after a trip down to desk and a long wait in line we were given wrong room number..should have been 407 and he laughed because 404 was a long term guest ...he never even apologized...he then said the side door should open. It's a sketchy neighborhood to start with and we had to go to go to secondary lot another block away...there was a $7.20 fee per day for environmental..$ what the heck is that. First cobblestone stay...never another. EVER

Negatives:
We went down for breakfast around 8 and there was only fruit and food in the fridge left. No hot food and not even waffle mix left. We tried looking for someone to help get more and we couldn't find staff - not even at the front desk. Finally we found a guy sitting on his cell phone in the restaurant.... he then took out the garbage while "cooking" the food. Completely disgusting. And sad that we barely got any food especially for how much we paid for the room. Not worth it. Overpriced by far!
