We requested a first floor room because a member has a hard time doing stairs. No one could tells us that wasn't possible for the 2 months we had booked there. Also the bed were extremely hard.

The breakfast was very basic, the staff made decaffeinated coffee for my husband which was nice of them, the facility was clean

The cost per night was quite high for the hotel, I understand it was a holiday weekend but it was over priced for the room and breakfast. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy.

Was put in room 113. Over powering smell, room wasn't clean, water marks from ceiling to floor.
Moved to room 223, horrible smoke smell when opened the door, garbage and slept in beds. Room was never cleaned. Didn't stay the night, was completely digusted. Horrible experience.
I've stayed at this location before multiple times.
