Very accommodating hotel. Concert rained out, had a nice patio where about 30 people were able to socialize. Staff was very Friendly and helpful.

Yes! The unfriendly staff The shortage of pillows and towels The fan for the shower so the steam can dry wasnt working properly. There was no safe lock in the room!

I did not like that we had to walk through the smoking area to get in the door.

Didn't use Wifi or the shower, was there just one night, but the mattress! Would you PLEASE tell me what mattress was in the room? I have not slept in a bed at home for years because of bad mattresses! I could sleep in this one! Pillows too! A+
