The breakfast wasnt what we expected, and the pool was really cold but overall it was a nice stay

Wind caused bad draft from window of room. Loud heating unit cycling on and off kept us from sleeping well. Chair in room was stained and needed cleaning . Fitted sheets were too large for the bed and kept slipping off the mattress.

There was duct tape on the bedroom door that looked like it had been there awhile. There was water dripping from the whirlpool tub too.

Aside from the dingy linens, are room was clean.
Negatives:
The linens were really bad. Stained an no longer white.
We didnt have any hot water. One desk person said that sometimes the hot water doesnt work, but the manager told us that it just went out and they were notifying people at check in. We were not notified. A clean comfortable bed and a hot shower are our top priorities.

The fireplace in our room didnt work (wouldnt turn on until about 5mins before we checked out!) and although the jacuzzi jets were good, it was only lukewarm water. And wish there was more variety offered at the Breakfast meal.
