I had a Dr appt n my friend n I decided to spend the night and sit in the hot tub after my appt for my neck..we check in n they tell us the hot tub is down for maintenance..They should tell u before u book a room that the pool or hot tub is under maintenance, not when u get there. We were really disappointed. I was so looking forward to that relaxation..that sucked

I came with my sister to focus on making greeting cards. Room was a bit small, but we made do! I could've used another chair; as there were 2 of us, 1 chair. I asked at the desk, young lady wasn't very friendly, said they didn't have any extra, not even folding. So, we borrowed 1 from dining that wasn't used. Dining room was plenty big, never full.
