I hjave always chosen Hamptons. This hotel is in a great location if you are needing access to Grafton Hospital. Front desk was helpful and helped to sort out the double-payment they had me make. Apparently there was something to do with booking.com and their system not merging. I could see I had been charged twice. Once by booking.com and once by Hampton. I believe this has been sorted.
Negatives:
Shampoo and Conditioner in bathroom were empty. Room did not have the crisp clean sheets I was used to during past stays at Hamptons. Towels and wash cloths appeared old and well used. I don't mind well-used... I do expect a certain level of cleanliness. Cost was $145 with tax. I suppose this is cheap these days, but not the same standard I have come to expect from Hampton.
