Very easy to navigate, food was available and especially the breakfast is the best, comparing to other hotels in Green Bay. Room was clean smelling even the bathroom.

The staff was very professional and friendly. They were able to meet our needs and requests. Breakfast was good, and the pool and hot tub looked very nice. We weren't able to use them, but they looked well-kept. I asked them for help with decorating the room for our anniversary. They did not disappoint. Communication with staff was pleasant and the way they decorated the room was very nice. Thank you for the accommodation!

The hotel needs updates. The staff has kept it very clean and tidy. Some of the carpet was starting to come up, with minor hole in the wall and stain on the couch cushion, but it was very well maintained and the room passed the cleaning check.

The carpet was dirty, the room smelled bad. The fire alarm went when we tried to turn on the heat. The receptionist made us feel bad that the fire alarm went off when we tried to turn on the heat.
