The hotel was clean and inviting. Front desk staff was friendly. Pool area was clean and pool was actually warm. The room was also clean and in good shape.
Negatives:
The breakfast had good options but the staff was lacking in keeping it full. Most of the time people were waiting for them to put food out. Even when they weren't very busy. Also on our last day when I let the kitchen know they were out of waffle mix she was rude about it especially when she came out to fill it.
