The room smelled like cigarettes in a non-smoking room. The sheets were dirty and sink had what seemed like bacterial growth.

Absolutely nothing. Actually just the poor front desk lady. She was trying to do the right thing. Not the right place for her.
Negatives:
Everything. Management is dishonest and completely out to make a quick buck. Didn’t even stay on the property for 10 minutes and found several hygienic and safety concerns. Was told he couldn’t provide a refund since I booked online. He lied straight to my face and now is avoiding phone calls from booking.com because he knows he is a sleezy manager.
