Positives:
Rooms were comfortable. Good breakfast. Coffee was good and it was available all day. The staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was close to the medical center where a family member was staying.
Negatives:
The rooms were tired and worn out. METAL trim in the bathroom was rusty. The couch had a big hole in it. The window screen had a large hole in it. These would be easy fixes.

Staff are very rude the breakfast that was supposed to be hot was cold and very little for the amount of guests that were there the staff would not fill up the waffle batter so guests could have waffles either several people use it as a home

This place was awesome. The room was quiet and clean the check in and check out was great. The outside was immaculate and the pool was awesome and the breakfast was great. Definitely a 10 star plus

The pillows were small and hard, the beds were not standard queens, more like a full, and not the most comfortable.

I like the location of the property, just off the highway and not too far from anything.
Negatives:
I didnt like that booking.com said there was a hot tub but there wasnt. And they had a sauna but it didnt work. Their heated pool they dont turn on the heat until someone goes in it so it wasnt to temp and then the pool was dirty. Breakfast was disappointing, had to wait for the eggs and sausage every morning because there wasnt never any when we got down there, and then they still would only bring a few out at time.
