Doors locked at 11:00 pm needed to use a out of the way access door. Bed was very hard, some folks like that but I am not one of those.

There was no waffle station as stated on booking.com , please update your sight There is no hot tub or pool as depicted on booking.com please update your sight (it is in the background) The only hot breakfast was served on Saturday and Sunday which was heat and serve or microwave eggs and sausage, which was watery, undercooked and barely warm

Reservation for 2 queen beds and one king bed room. They dont even have king beds. The room they gave us had 2 full size beds that were worse than sleeping on a pull out sofa. The room was dirty and the tv didnt work. The staff didnt care about any of it and wouldnt do anything.
