good location, clean lobby and...

Room very clean And comfortable
Negatives:
Picked a hotel with a hot tub.
Prior to arrival I Sent message to property and even spoke with representative who both indicated That hot tub was open and functioning. Arrived to only be told that the hot tub was removed the week prior
Representative offered to refund our stay then stated he was unable to since we booked thru a third party
Decided to stay so not to lose the money
I told him that I felt that was deceptive to advertise a property with certain amenities Not to mention that I made several attempts to verify .
I was very disappointed and will not use Hampton again
To add to that ..
The next morning we went downstairs for breakfast with 25 minutes to spare
We felt rushed to get finished prior to the 10am end time

Also the shampoo and shower gel were empty in one of our rooms and there was stuff left from another persons stay In one of our rooms.
