Room was clean, kitchen was nice.
Negatives:
Front desk staff had very poor customer service skills, desk was left unattended often, making it difficult to find a staff member, breakfast was subpar and breakfast area was poorly designed, creating congestion and confusion.

we had a room for 4 thinking we would have 2 beds. we had a bed and a pull out couch.
The couch was terrible. Springs sticking up. very uncomfortable i said something to the desk and all's they said was does your back hurt?? I said yes you really need to do something about the pull out couch. I have slept on them before and I can say this was the worst I have ever slept on

This was a great location to the downtown. Staff was very professional with great hospitality. Our room was clean with a nice kitchenette. Nice excise area and delicious breakfast.
Negatives:
Wished there was a hot tub. Parking was. A challenge at night. Could use a bigger parking area for guests.
