Floors were sticky and dirty. Breakfast wasn't ever prepared and put out. Staff were nonexistent on check out and had to wait for someone to show up so we could check in.

The hotel was FILTHY the walls were nasty, especially the bathroom, there was a HUGE DIRT RING around the tub, to the point I wouldn't shower.LITERALLY only 2 bags of chips in the vend machine breakfast was waffles only nothing else.

The staff was helpful and polite. The location was very easy to find.

The bed sagged in the middle. It was very noisy in the middle of the night. It sounded like large washing machines and dryers operating. The breakfast was really minimal. No source of a protein with the waffle. Even peanut butter would have been a good option.!

Customer Service was incredible!! They went above and beyond to make my granddaughters, and I feel welcomed.
The pool was fun, and the water was warm.
The room was very clean.

Just waffles and muffins.
The boxelder bugs were EVERY WHERE outside of the building and all over all doors.
Which is out of anyone's control.

The room had a slight odor. The beds and furniture had stains and a odor as well (sour milk odor?). I assume they knew this because the window was open when I arrived. I left the window open all night hoping it would help the smell (which it did not help). Than there was traffic noise. I couldn't sleep all night because of it all. The floor in the hallway was dirty. They had all their vacuums left at the end of the hall but by the looks of it, no one knew how to use them. I'm a penny pincher, but from now on I'll be happy to pay twice as much for a better quality hotel.

Bed bugs. We were given a room that had an infestation of bed bugs, and we believe the management was aware of the infestation when they gave us that room. We were given a refund and we left, but we were very disappointed with the situation, and Im posting this review because I dont want anyone else to have this situation.
