Positives:
Only two things were likable about this property… The location, and the fact that it had two beds.
Negatives:
The staff was not friendly. They actually seem agitated that we were checking in. They gave us a room on the third floor, which had very weird odors akin to water damage odors when we went into it. I immediately alerted the staff and the employee wrote something in a book as his coworker stated “oh, that room”. Chuckling, the employee said “sorry we don’t have any more rooms for your rate”… I do believe he was referring to the fact that we booked on Booking.com and he was not going to switch us a room. So I asked him directly if we could get switched into another room, and he point-blank told me no. The room was not clean. The shower was disgusting. And there was smudges all over the TV and the desktop, the room was outdated and worn, and the carpet was sticky. We literally limited ourselves to just sitting or sleeping on the beds, and wearing socks the whole time, which we discarded before leaving in the morning.

Cable television went out. Doors two rooms would slam shut too easily, making it quite noisy.

The breakfast was very decent for what it was! The pool was great big size hot tub! Even an arcade room off the pool area even though it was starting to get run down.
Negatives:
The customer service skills were more than lacking. There was no cable for the majority of my stay and the wifi was outdated and unable to connect it to things like fire sticks so the cable being out it was kind of a big deal. I paid 800 for 4 nights there was no value to my stay nothing special about the property to make it worth that much money. Mattress was very firm and old outdated rooms hotel could use a face-lift I could of looked past all of that but I dealt with more than one terribly rude employee that would make me never want to return.
