The noise disturbance at 1am was not pleasant! Yelling, screaming & slamming of doors.

Pool was very nice. Hot tub as well. The breakfast was also tasty, with good selection and friendly staff.

There was a long black hair on the pillow. Neither me or my partner have black hair. The floors were sticky in some parts of the hotel room. The mattress had a stain on it. The shower?s temperature control was backwards.

I am NOT a complainer. I can usually handle anything. I camp. I work outdoors. Germs dont bother me. BUT when I go to a hotel, I expect it to be clean. This was absolutely filthy. Like, gross dirty. We stayed on the main floor near the pool and had 2 double beds and a pull out sofa. It was almost $400. The sheets had noticeable stains on them. The bathroom walls were dirty with some type of sticky substance. A huge brown stain in the carpet in between the beds. The lamp shades were cracked and the clock was an hour off. I stayed with my mom and my teenage son. Even he was grossed out when he opened the pull out sofa and had to sweep off dead bugs. I asked someone at the front desk if I could speak to the manager, but she told me one was not available. I found that odd, but politely asked for someone to get ahold of me that evening or the next morning. No one ever did. It was truly a disappointing experience and a waste of money.
