Negatives:
First room smelled of smoke and hallways had an unpleasant smell. Pictures made it look nicer. Dim lighting in bathroom. Blood stains on pillows

Positives:
The room was very clean and smelled of teatree which is one of my favorite scents. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The location isn't the best.

Positives:
Never stayed or even saw the inside of the room. As i was asking to pay cash, the reception said that i could not pay with cash without 100$ deposit cash. And, i needed a credit card. I tried to use my credit card, and it was not accepted. So, i produced my 2nd credit card, and the reception quickly swiped it, thereby debiting my room with the card. Therefore, i was not able to use the cash optìons. Disgusted at this point, my friend who helped me with my baggage, started to find my room. But before we found the room, my friend realized i had a bus transport problem in the next hours, so my friend offered to drive me to my home city, and since i no longer needed a room, i pleaded with the receptionist, and her nearby manager to kindly return my room charge. I was denied, apparently because i was told a booking.com reservation could not be refunded without authorization. More disgusted with the corporate policies, i left the inn, and traveled onward. I will not recommend the inn, due to the actions of management, and the lack of effort to assist me in my 98$ room charge. Also the booking agent was not siding with me. The policy was more antigonistic, than helpful. I never got use of my room, and the managers were really not siding with me. I really hope if you read this, that you wil go to another hotel...watch out for the quick action!!!
