The only drawback was that the mattress was hard, but the room was very comfortable.

Dishes were not clean and washed from previous use. When tried to call front desk, I had to convince them and answer several questions to make them come look and clean. Also, there is no flat pan as part of the dishes that was inconvenient for our needs and we bought one from Walmart.
