Location and cost. I did not know this visit included a "breakfast" but I really didn't intend to eat one anyway. Free parking was included as part of the cost. Check in/out staff was very friendly and professional. Every thing was very clean.
Negatives:
The heater/air-conditioner worked very well ... but only after I struggled to figure out how to quiet the fan and set the controls.
There was no TV guide ... but we didn't watch much anyway. The TV worked well.
The shower faucet leaked steady but quietly enough NOT TO BOTHER
