Front office staff were inconsistent on friendliness. The gentleman at check-in seemed frustrated. Other staff were very friendly. Hotel was decent, but not worth the $--- per night I was charged.

We really just needed a place to crash, so it was perfect for that.

We were delayed in checking in by an hour and a half even though we were paying nearly 3 times the normal rate due to dynamic pricing. The delay in checking in caused us to be late for the event we had traveled 5 hours to attend. No apology or discount was offered for this inconvenience, even though we were paying an exorbitant rate because it was a busy weekend.
