the only thing i was disappointed in was that i wish the cleaning staff would have come to my room at least every other day to be able to take trash and bring fresh towels. i do understand the cleaning policy though.

For the 3rd straight stay I again had to ask to change rooms. My first two because of non functional televisions. 3rd stay I wanted to change again because apparently they put valued return customers in rooms that abut the smoking patio outside my window. And a vending machine that is against the wall. And both halls meet outside my door. Not relaxing. But the worst part was trying to change rooms. The guy was hard to understand as his grasp of English was heavily accented. While telling the manager(I mannerassume) about noise from the patio and the other reasons, a guy walks in from the patio and thinks I'm specifically talking about him. He's high as a kite(pretty sure) and gets into the conversation in an agressive manner which results in two guys come out of adjoining rooms who seem to know him( big surprise). They are actually trying to calm the situation. The guy proceeds to hurl threats about "stepping outside" etc... So they finally relent to moving me. I don't even know if this jerk was an actual guest or someone buying drugs on site. Manager did nothing about the threats. If they keep this up something bad will happen here. As a lesser sidenote the coffee is so bad it's the only hotel I have ever found where I literally couldn't drink it. And I love coffee. That should cover it. I feel like I got raped in that I actually paid for it.
