Nothing could be considered "likeable" due to the unpleasantness of "Raj" (see below).

The concierge, calling himself "Raj", was very unpleasant and uncooperative.
There was no seating in the lobby area which is difficult for a disabled person such as myself.
The phone in the room was not working to connect to the front desk.

The front desk person was responsive to my complaints

Very loud. A group of people were outside my window playing music and quite loud. Not disrespectful though. I asked the front desk to be switched to another room and he said instead he would tell them to quiet down. It still was somewhat loud but better. There was quite a bit of noise overnight as well from other guests

The fact that we walked into filthy dirty room there was not clean staff can't believe us I took pictures I'm going to turn them over to whoever our key never worked in our door our door never opened to our room we had to have our key redone Everytime we would go outside it would not work when we were to go out. First place sucks and I'll never be back and I won't recommend it to nobody

I didn't like how the room I booked was nothing like it showed online and the fact that I got locked in my bathroom for over an hour and staff did not call the fire department. A couple from a room down helped me get out.

Rooms were damp . Sheets had dog foot prints on them. Bathroom floor was slippery like it had grease on it. Smelled like cigarettes and weed. Lights didn't work and both chairs legs were bent.
