Hilton Honors member. I picked room 219 because I have MG (myathenia gravis) neuromuscular disease that doesn't allow me to walk very far. Room 219 right off elevator. I ended up with room 402 which is wayyyy at the end of the hall. NOT HAPPY. Desk clerk had no idea how that happened. Didn't offer anything else. Sad. Then the bathroom door was SO squeeky I'm sure everyone on the floor heard it. Shower didn't have hand-held nozzle. Disappointed about that. Ice machine on our floor did not WORK either. Should I go on????

Won't be staying here again. If that's how they treat Hilton Honors Members I'll find elsewhere.

I made the reservation weeks ago because of the location and free breakfast was included. When I checked in, I was told breakfast cost $15 per person. I showed the desk lady the words “free breakfast” on the website. Initially she claimed that was not her hotel but I showed her the address and she conceded. She filled out two complimentary tickets for breakfast. Very uncomfortable situation for your employee (who was very professional) and me. Fix your website so guests know what they are paying for.
