room was next to highway, blow dryer was broken although the staff were responsive, did not refill conditioner despite request, bed felt small even though it was stated to be a queen, pool is small

Positives:
Convenient location in downtown Middleton, we stayed for a week and were able to walk somewhere new for dinner every night. The free underground parking was a plus as well, since a strong storm with hail came through during our stay.
Negatives:
Not sure if we were considered an extended stay since it was 7 nights, but even after going to the front desk and asking for a room cleaning, it was not cleaned a single time. We just needed a light touch with the trash taken out and a couple fresh towels. Ended up going to the front desk for a couple trash bags and took it out myself. Also be sure to go to breakfast early on the weekends as it gets eaten up and there may not be much left closer to 8:30/9

The location is great, right in downtown Middleton. The breakfast is decent and the staff helpful.
Negatives:
They have a terrible selection of TV channels and the guide is difficult to use. No TCM, HBO, Showtime.

Hotel was modern and clean. Check-in went smoothly and they have complimentary heated underground parking. The selection of breakfast items was vast.

The breakfast items were all cold, no heat supplied to eggs, sausage (too hard to eat) or biscuits (the gravy was in a crockpot, which seemed odd for a hotel). I hope the amount and loudness of children was only due to spring break, but not certain.
Positives:
Extra living room space to visit with family but we had our own private space as well. We did not use it because of the weather but the patio off our room would be nice on a summer day/evening if we stay again.
Breakfast was nice but on weekends if it stayed open until 11 would be great. We were up late and slept in. By the time we were dressed and showered everything was closed down at 10am.
Negatives:
the door to the pool and weight room was directly behind the headboard of our bed. EVERY time someone went in our out of this door it would shake the wall and give a big boom. this continued through 12pm. so as we were trying to fall asleep it would startle us awake when this occurred because it was so loud.

Weve stayed here in the past, but I think the place is suffering from a lack of maintenance. Neither of the TV remotes worked, there were two hangers in the closet - no laundry bags. Also there seemed to be unfinished wiring and plastering projects.
Positives:
Reception staff were very friendly, excellent location and hotel was clean throughout.
Negatives:
Very sporadic housekeeping - there was no logic to what was done and when. Beds were only made once in 8 days, had to repeatedly ask for more toilet rolls and bins to be emptied. Towels were changed a couple of times. Breakfast was very repetitive and the use of paper plates and plastic cutlery was odd. Whilst the facilities were clean, the room and facilities are in need of an update as looked very shabby and a lot of things were broken or in a poor state.

We didnt stay at the hotel that was booked due to damage. The day before we were notified that they moved our reservation to a different property. The property we were moved to was outdated and not anything similar to what we booked initially.
