The bed was NOT a normal queen size so we had trouble sleeping. One of us was always having off the side of the bed. And the pillows were not at all comfortable.
We were disappointed that we had to pay for parking.

Our room was not clean (obvious that someone had slept in one of the beds). There was no housekeeping service throughout our entire stay. No towels, toilet paper, tissues, soap. Room was frigid and a request at the front desk for heat went unheeded.

The hotel was clean. The room was available upon my arrival.

The information regarding parking was not consistent. The garage attendant stated that the hotel staff was supposed to provide a parking pass. No parking pass was provided.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed! The staff was very rude, dirty rooms, and old accommodations. I just booked it because of the location.

The front office was not very informative they told me I had to put up a $50 whole deposit. That was very disappointing to me because I really did not have an extra $50 it was my son's birthday and that money was going to be used at the casino. The room telephone did not work the room was cold.
I tried to call the front desk using my cell phone the phone number was not working several times this was very scary I could have been attacked in the hotel and could not reach the front desk with my cell phone.
I am very very disappointed.
When I was eating breakfast the lady that was attending to the tables and customers told the white guest that is almost time to close make sure you get seconds, and she didn't say anything to me and my son and we are African American.

Love how they provide breakfast. Also, the swimming pool and hot tub was a plus. The suite room was more then expected. Things around the hotel was accessible and all walking distance knowing that its close to downtown. Totally recommended to people who is there for a graduation ceremony stay or just wanting to explore the city.
