Negatives: Bathroom seemed dated. Sink too high and set back too far. Toilets are vary low for seniors.

Negatives: I have been here for 3 days and my room never got cleaned. I asked a maid cleaning the room directly across from me for towels, and was told to call the front desk, because the towels on her cart was for the rooms she had left to clean. That was horrible customer service she could have given me some towels and went and got some more. My room is 117 and the front desk was 2 minutes away. When I did call the front desk to let them know, what she said and I needed towels, they must have contacted her, because she knocked on my door and repeated what she said, about the towels she had being for her other rooms, and someone was bringing me towels. She acted as though she was mad, that I did what she told me to do. I just told her I told the front desk exactly what she said and I closed the door. A few minutes later some other employee brought towels. I am not sure if my room didn't get cleaned for this reason, but it certainly seems like it. I paid $450 for this room and no one has tried to make this right. They should give me a discount for this treatment. I have been treated better at a motel 6. Also when I check in, I was never told about the $50 a night charge for accidentals, I had to go and ask because they charged the entire price of the room to my card when I check in. I was not super to pay until check out. I wanted to pay in cash, but they charged the entire stay plus the $150 right after I checked in. I am greatly disappointed in the Hilton Gardens.

Negatives: The room was very dated with wall paper and we had a small patio table as the coffee table.

Negatives: Cigarette burns on toilet seat. Very rude front desk staff. Stained linens. Unmade pull out couch/ no linens provided. When asked for them. Desk staff rolled eyes and eas very rude

Negatives: Wish there was choice where to go for breakfast. Maybe a set a breakfast buffet in the lobby. Elderly have a hard time walking to the Bristol.

Negatives: Breakfast was 3rd class choices

Negatives: The bathroom floor was a little sticky

Negatives: Our room was not clean. Upon arrival there was an item of clothing left in the closet, the kitchen sink was dirty, the floors in the bathroom had hair on them and the living space had clearly not been vacuumed. Cold shower in the AM

Negatives: I requested the room to be cleaned twice. I was told it would be done and it wasn't. Second, the fire alarm went off around 12:30am. And there was no fire.
