I didn’t like booking a room that says free breakfast and when I go to get a voucher at the front desk we don’t have breakfast included which is very inconvenient, honestly I’m not trying to come here again, really a waste of 355$.

Very disappointing and unsatisfactory
Positives:
The staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool and hot tub were very nice.
Negatives:
Although we wouldn't have used it as we were wanting to try restaurants for breakfast, it would normally be very nice to have a free breakfast of at least coffee, packaged pantries and some fruit.

Nice stay with easy access...
Positives:
The STAFF were so helpful and kind! Our flights to go home were canceled so we had to pivot quickly and the staff were very accommodating. They held onto our luggage while we went into the city to explore before our flight as well. Very lovely.
Negatives:
Breakfast was confusing I couldn't tell if it was part of the booking or not. Eternally disappointed microwaves are no longer apart of rooms.

I booked two different rooms both rooms were for 4ppl they say i booked for four adults which included breakfast so i sent both of my children down for breakfast and they were denied breakfast because they werent “Adults” i will never book here again
