The room I booked was not the room we received at check in, when asking the front desk staff if we had the correct room, he told me if I wanted the room I booked (that was shown in the photos) by the way, it would have been an up charge.

Was fine at first. The next day had an employee knocking furiously on our door asking about a leak. Had our 6 year old in the tub with his 48 year old mother. I asked the employee to wait, which he did. Came blazing in and whips out a cell phone, taking pictures w/ our child still naked & my wife naked in the next room. I understand the urgency, but I am suspicious of the photos taken without consent and a naked child in clear view of his lens. Very unprofessional. Possibly criminal?! Checked out shortly thereafter. The same employee advised me that our $100 deposit would not be returned. I asked him for photos taken, and he showed me a video of the room impacted by the leak, not our room. Immediately, I went online and read multiple reviews about other guests complaining of water damage in their ceilings. Building obviously has issues, and they are trying to screw occupants to pay for them. I have NEVER been charged an $100 security deposit anywhere in America or Europe
Meanwhile, our room had a bloody scan on the wall, and next to the elevator was a previous guest's booger on the wall. Again, suspicious. We tolerated the smell of Marijuana throughout floor 4 and didn't complain. In hindsight, we should have. Already filed complaints w/ Comfort Suites, the Better Business Bureau, and Consumer Protection. NOT A RECOMMENDED ESTABLISHMENT.
