I loved the location across from the Riverside. It was great to have a kitchen so we could eat in the room.
The free breakfast was a nice bonus. Bonus points for Gerald at the front desk. He is the most patient person I've ever come across in customer service. He went above and beyond for our stay, offering one of our party a wheelchair when he saw the difficulty he was having. Also, the cleaning staff and breakfast host were very friendly and courteous.
Negatives:
The ONLY issue we had was that I had requested a room on the lower level near the elevator since one of our party has mobility issues, and we ended up on the 7th floor, far from the elevator.
