Positives:
The suite was beautiful as was the view and what we were expecting for our anniversary weekend. After my significant other called back, The man that was running the desk took the initiative to help us find out where the problem was to get us the room we paid for. He even had a little gift waiting in our room for the trouble. We would definitely go back!
Negatives:
Booking.com messed up my reservation and being told we didn't have a room for our anniversary when booked several weeks prior. The woman at the desk that answered the phone when I called took sre if we could check in early told me we had no room, took no initiative to help us find out the problem for our room and tried to give me a queen room when we had a suite.
