Booking was fast and easy- breakfast was well stocked

Parking lot wasnt cleared well/ sidewalk s werent shoveled well- Hot tub broken ( jets didnt work) pool was freezing- unable to use.No towels in pool area-told to use towels from room- asked for additional towels to take a shower, was told all out.

Disregard any reviews prior to about 4 months ago. The hotel went through a massive renovation and we had no issues! We were prepared with a backup plan if the reviews were true but all of the issues have been resolved. It was a lovely stay.

The place was being remodeled/upgraded, so it was a little bit of a mess in some places. I would expect a lower rate when that occurs.

The location is convenient yet it feels out of the way due to the cul-de-sac it us located on. The rooms were clean and updated, beds were decent, and the breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The hot tub seemed to have too much chlorine and the timer was not working properly.
