I stayed in room 115, it’s so close to the front desk I could hear every interaction with guests arriving and departing, I could hear the workers talking amongst themselves at 5 A.M.
I had a class that started at 6:30A.M, so there was no opportunity to fall back to sleep once I was awakened at 5 A.M , after being awakened 3 to 4 times I was exhausted in class, that room needs soundproofing at the very least.

I liked that it was quiet during the evenings. Blackout curtains were a bonus to me.
Negatives:
Bathroom fan didn’t work. The ice maker didn’t work even after having maintenance replace it with a completely new one. The container that held the ice was filthy. Air kept coming on by itself and adjusting temperatures. Stovetop was dirty. Garbage disposer didn’t work as well. Ran out of body wash within the first night. Insect came out of the sink. Prices were increased upon arrival. Checkout times were different than what was presented upon the booking.com app.

The staff was by far the most pleasant thing about my experience, they were accommodating, very professional and kind. I don’t remember their names, however the ladies at the front, as well as the women cleaning were excellent! Thank you.
