We were unable to even check in, attempted to call to notify them that we would be arriving late and they never answered even with multiple calls. Ended up having to find a different hotel.

We booked another room online for a friend, and when we got to the hotel at 11 PM, the desk was not staffed to help us. My friend needed to sleep on the floor in our room.

The bathroom in the handi cap king size room.
Negatives:
No staff.Always had to search for them. Hotel said pet friendly. Which it should have said "dogs only" I bought my kitty because of moving. They threatened to kick me out. So I was scrambling to find a place for my pet. Breakfast was poor selection. I used a luggage rack to get all my things in. Then when I was checking out, I asked to use it again. The gal sat there and argued with me that they don't have one. When I had just used it a few days before.
