Worst stay ever. A SWAT team broke down the door of a guests room. The front desk person said the manager will take care of the guests on the floor due to the disturbance, in the for and they refuse to call anyone back after we checked out of the hotel.

I don't like being waken up by rifles pointed at a room across the hall from me.

“Newly remodeled” means just new furniture. There was a hole in the ceiling, could hear the people above us stomping and running until about 2 am, bathroom was so small you could barely walk in and shut the door, no bathtub cover for giving children baths, the walls were FILTHY, the tv didn’t work as well as the remote.

The staff is very friendly. In a non-judgmental humanistic way. Very warm and welcoming, it's a comfort for those who deal with harsh judgements based on their opinion of your looks.
Negatives:
The man who made me miss breakfast because he had to have seven waffles. We usually wind up getting to the hotel really late and leaving really early. I truly wish there could be a you didn't get here till 3am so your checkout time is 4 or 5 pm setup.
