Location and price were the best things about this stay.

The rooms are in need of a refresh. Carpeting and bedding is old and worn. Furniture is also very worn.

Carpet felt like it could use a clean. One of the pillows had some hair on it but the rest of the bedding seemed fine. Overall cleanliness I would say was average. The breakfast selections were good.

Property had a huge lawn area for exercising my dog. The property was very clean both in and out had a very tasty breakfast of scrambled eggs and sausages and some yogurt. The staff was very friendly overall a very positive experience.

For a hotel I dont know what else could possibly have. A nice are short of just giving me the room because Im a wonderful guy.
