The Ladies and gentlemen that works here are pleasant , and respectful individuals , very helpful all and all Im loving my stay, also very clean which is always a plus plus

Little to no breakfast available. One bed had a comforter but the other did not. The box of tissues was empty when we go there.

My room was disgusting, unclean. It stank of body odor and when I asked for a new room I was informed there wasn't anything available. For 2 people I was given 5 hand towels, 1 washcloth, and a body towel. The bedding was unwashed & nothing wiped down.

Sheets on the bed & pillowcase had dried stains on them on checked in, approx 1 sq foot area; stains on shower curtain & towels; lots of deferred maintenance; adjacent room guests smoked in non-smoking room so my room smelled too, doorway between them.

This is always my first choice. Never had a problem. This time I was put upstairs and the room didn't even come close looking like any of the rooms I've stood in. I just didn't like it so I ended up walking out.
Negatives:
That was the worst experience I had. But I do like the spot on where its located and I firgure one out of how many times I stood there and I probably stay there again.
