Very good
Positives:
Staff were friendly. Continental breakfast was good! Temp in the room was good and air conditioner worked well.
Negatives:
Needed repairs everywhere - the back door didnt close, the cement steps were uneven. The faucet handle was loose. The wall was patched, but not repaired. The lock on the door needed repair. Didnt feel safe. Bedding was spotty, mattress was bad.

Positives:
Beds were comfortable and location was close to where we wanted to go.
Negatives:
One bed was made up with dirty sheets from prior guest. Hair and dirt in the bed. Had to get clean linens at the front desk to make the bed. Floors were very dirty. Skipped taking a shower as the tub didnt appear to have been cleaned very well. Front desk was very nice and apologetic. Not much for breakfast choices besides high in carbohydrate foods.

I would not stay here again. For the same money, I have stayed at places nicer and much cleaner.

Positives:
Staff was pleasant.
Negatives:
The bathtub had not been cleaned for days - soap scum ring. The blankets and sheets had patches of black. The floor had limp breakfast flakes. No matter the star count, I would expect basic cleanliness. Cleanliness trumps everything.
