Negatives: Needs bigger beds

Negatives: There was no elevator. I am in my 70s with hip and leg issues and Afib. Having to walk up the stair with the luggage was very difficult. Because of not having an elevator, I was not even able to go down and enjoy the free breakfast.

Negatives: Never spoke to a single staff member, all there was was a screen in the lobby to check in and out. And check in was at 4:00 we can after 5 and the room was still not ready for us.

Negatives: The place is old and in need of a renovation The " breakfast" was bad There was a mechanical noise coming from outside the room that I could hear periodically through the night The room charge should have been 25-30 dollars less . There are many options nearby for the same price I payed

Negatives: The bed was way to hard other than that everything was good enjoyed our stay there and will definitely stay there again

Negatives: No wheelchair.

Negatives: checking in and out with kiosk is atrocious. Thank goodness for captions on the screen because I could not understand the "helpful" assistants. I have used this property for several years as I attend an event. My stays are 2 nights each twice a year. The lack of human contact on site has me thinking seriously of looking elsewhere for lodging.

Negatives: Walk in to the place looks amazing. What a joke get to the second floor smells like weed. Get into our room even worse. Where do I begin, I have so many pictures of everything that was wrong down to the refrigerator and microwave. First off walk in the bathroom the outside of the tub dirty walls in the bathroom dirty walls in shower dirty. Walk into the room chairs next to the table stained and tore. I wouldn't let a stray dog on those. Open the shades of window you have mold and paint hanging from the ceiling. Don't get me started the side of the bed closest to the wall was a staph infection waiting to happen you got off that side of the bed in the middle night your cutting you leg Open. The couch was a pull out but we wouldn't sit on it because it was gross. Open the microwave that was gross Open the refrigerator from a distance alright started to put stuff away yep nope it wasn't wiped out at all. Hot tub and pool were nice. Pool could be warmer and hot tub too with more jet power. Breakfast area and entry was amazing sad the rest of the place doesn't follow suit. In the pool the front desk lady came down to check on the group staying and she said they are doing upgrades to the pool area with wanting a projector thing in the pool save your money on that and invest in your rooms first. The lights were beyond tarnished and gross stop on the pool updates and get your rooms on par with the entry way and reviews may just go up
