Positives:
The staff was nice, there was a young man vacuuming the hallway and he gladly vacuumed our room when we asked him to.
Negatives:
We had a two queen room and the second bed was so close to the outside wall you couldn't walk between it and the air conditioner. The air conditioner had a bad vibration every time it ran, waking me and the room was not vacuumed. The outside exit doors didn't even close properly or latch shut. The tables in the breakfast area were not cleaned while we were in the room and they needed it. We looked at the hot tub by the pool in the morning and it had what appeared to be a puddle of dirt in it.

Room was large. Coffee in lobby was nice addition. Breakfast was good, but needs a meat added
Negatives:
Room looks like it was not swept for a long time. Refrigerator did not work. Breakfast needs BISCUITS & gravy, not BAGELS and gravy. There needs to be a meat available.
