We ran into car trouble during our stay. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and kind towards us. We felt like we had "family" support when we were there. We found this incredible and were most grateful.
Negatives:
The Breakfast had the nicest selection of foods. Best I have seen at hotels where you get a complimentary breakfast. Nicely done :)
