The room was clean, and the bathroom looked updated. Our room was very quiet too.
Negatives:
Breakfast had very little available. The carpet in our room had a large burn mark, and could use replacement. By no fault of the owner; the room price was inflated due to the fact that there was a home college football game in Madison that weekend; so I felt we paid more for the room than it's value.

The convenience to the wedding venue. The workers seemed to stay to themselves; not very disruptive.

Felt that I could've payed a little more to stay in a nicer place; overall price was comparable to others that had a swimming pool and locked outside doors

There were 4 rooms in our group. We were traveling for a family reunion with several children and specifically chose this location for their pool. The pool was closed. They only transferred 3 of the rooms to another property. I asked several times for my room to also be transferred but it was not. Extremely disappointed!

Upon entering our rooms we found they were still dirty. The housekeeper was standing around talking and told us to just go in the dirty room and she will clean them soon. We did get rooms that were done by housekeeping when I went to the desk to complain.
