1- The pool could have been cleaner. The water should have been a clear blue if they used the right chemicals and checked the ph balance.
2- Also the tub in my room the paint was chipped
3- NO CONTINENTIAL BREAKFAST as we were told at the time of booking

Toilets are marginal, need a plunger to make it work properly. Bag breakfast doesnt meet expectation and not available after 9:30am? Room not cleaned daily, had to request cleaning? Pool looked green not sure about water quality.

Flooring was being put in the room right next door early this morning. I was checked into that room 231 last night then moved to room 232 right next door because TV wasn't working. So now all morning I could not sleep. Some people need there sleep.

No hot breakfast even though it's in the description.(they give you a cold muffin and yogurt) The shower drain and sink drain were both clogged. The tv didn't work.
