Positives:
At checkout I noticed on my bank account there was an extra charge for x amount of money for the same day of check in and when questioned the man behind the counter did everything possible to help me even contacting the manager. The charge however was not from the hotel per se but from the atm near the vending machines in the hallway, omg this was on me. I immediately went and apologized for the inconvenience I myself had caused, he was very nice and we had a good laugh, I felt awful and embarrassed because he could have been working on other things. But yes I would certainly stay there again. The room was clean and the hotel was close to everything.
Negatives:
We were traveling from Tennessee to Wisconsin for a funeral of a sibling who passed away and had made reservations online and stated time of arrival would be late. The woman behind the counter was not let’s just say the friendliest person in the world and didn’t want my confirmation information I had received from the hotel, after stating I booked a room online her reply was Identification and credit card. Kind of rude but the other man the next day I spoke with made up for it he was very nice and polite.

Just an average breakfast buffet. Sausage was good.
Negatives:
The room was small; there was rust on the floor by the bathroom door. For a room that cost over $200 (that include all the taxes) I would expect a bigger room that would be easier to walk around. A bathroom that is bigger.
