Negatives:
Coffee maker didn't work, no one at desk to tell about it.
3rd floor ice machine didn't work and no sign to that effect. Had to try 2nd floor, which did work.

The workout room was great with high-end cardio equipment and dumbbells.

The room constantly felt humid so that made it a little uncomfortable.
